"We worked with Barn Livin' llc in the development of a challenging build site (building a berm house on a steep slope with a rock ledge close to the ground surface) The development required multiple phases to properly develop the site. Barn Livin' llc and their team of contractors provided design and construction services on two build phases. The first phase was a custom berm home and the second was a custom rustic garage to compliment the house. The two structures were completed as two separate projects. The experience with Barn Livin' llc was excellent with both structures.

We started the process of building our dream home in the midst of the Covid pandemic. As you can imagine, we were all facing newly found setbacks and I couldn't imagine us getting through them without Sue's help. Sue and Jen are readily available and full of knowledge.

My wife and I have been so incredibly happy with all that Barn Livin' has been able to do for us in building our Tiny House / Barnette and working on designs for a later larger home. We are SO00O happy with the final result. Sue is an accomplished engineer and project planner. She's one of the most reliable, smartest people I have ever worked with on a construction project. We had a complex job that involved working with many trades and permitting processes. We also had the added complication of not being close to the build site and had to rely on her to coordinate a lot of the project remotely....she was fantastic.
We started from an empty lot of land and are now amazed at what Barn Livin' with Sue and Jen were able to create. We worked closely as well with Jen on design and she has such a great eye for art and interiors and we could not be happier with the end result. We've received so many compliments from neighbors on our cozy home! Sue has excellent connections in the industry, connecting the project with folks that do high quality work and are also reliable and trustworthy. This allowed for her to create a solid project timeline and stick to it. She's also a master of budgeting and takes great care to ensure a project remains on budget and thinks of all detail that needs to be executed on. At the end of the project we're in the tiny house of our dreams and could not have imagined it turning out better.

We heard about Barn-Livin through a friend, then after viewing some of the homes they designed and built we knew we needed their help to get a home we could love. We worked closely with them to add a massive addition to our home. They put on paper a wonderful design to get us started using their own creativity. After the initial design, we worked closely with them as we made some tweaks to get exactly what we were looking for. After we were completely satisfied with the design we broke ground. My husband and I have been attempting to design our dream home on the lake. Due to the pandemic in the spring of 2020 we were halted in our design/build.
